"When
you improve a little each day eventually big things occur...Not tomorrow, not the next day, but eventually a big gain is made.
Don't look for the big quick improvement. Seek the small improvement one day at a time. That's the only way it happens--and
when it happens it lasts." --John Wooden

Recovery Coach
Still-Standing.org provides personal coaching services and recovery
management resources for individuals suffering from pudendal neuralgia or other forms of chronic pain and discomfort.
Brad Ermeling's Story
After 12 months
of struggling with pudendal neuropathy and seeing little progress, Brad made a conscious decision to take ownership of his
recovery process, developing a personal tracking system for managing his treatment routine and monitoring his progress
and reaction to various medications, treatments, and lifestyle adjustments. Following this decision, over a period of 18 months,
he progressed from 4 minutes of sitting tolerance to over 50 minutes by becoming more diligent and focused on assisting his
therapist and executing and refining his personal treatment plan one day at a time. While there is no guarantee that
all individuals will experience the same results, we are confident that with similar effort, support, and commitment,
you too can see significant improvements and gain ownership of your recovery process. If you’re serious about taking
control of your pain and would like a personal coach to help you get started, then still-standing.org has resources to help
you.
